Introduction

  This masterbatch adopts the polyolefin as carrier, accompanying with related addition agents and is prepared with special device and technology; with good dispersity in matrix resin, large volume of addition and good processing performance, it is particularly applicable to the thin film production with requirements for smoothness. When adding large volume of such products, the film products can still maintain good transparency. It reduces the cost obviously while improves the opening smoothness of film products.

  Range of application

   It is mainly applied to addition and modification of HDPE, LDPE film blowing, particular those products with transparency requirement for HDPE thin film.

  Usage

   In general, the traditional production technology can satisfy requirements for this masterbatch, so the device and production technology shall not be replaced during detailed production. That is to say, mix with the matrix resin as per certain percentage, stir uniformly and feed. Recommended percentage of addition: 1%-40% (weight ratio). For detailed amount of filling, depend on the performance requirements for final products.

  Packaging and store

   Double-packaging, paper-plastic lamination for external surface and water-proof and damp-proof polythene film bag for internal surface. The net weight is 25KG/bag. It shall be stored in the dry place with good ventilation, low temperature and away from light. Pay attention to preventing water and damp. The product performance may be affected by the moisture, so it shall be run out as soon as possible after opening the package. The guarantee period under sealed storage condition is 4 months.
