Introduction

   This material is mainly made up of resin material with high performance and inorganic material with high quality, accompanied by related addition agent and manufactured with special device and technology; with high tensile strength, good dispersity, fine film surface, good breathability and good processing performance, it can completely satisfy corresponding requirements for contact materials for human body. It is a kind of special material to manufacture various breathable films.

  Range of application

  This material is mainly used for various products with requirement of breathable function, such as personal health care products, medical protective equipment (e.g. medical mattress, protective suit, surgical gown, operating sheet, hot compress, medical pillowcase, etc.), individual protective products for special places, lining of clothes, auxiliary material for drug packaging, etc.. 

  Usage

   It can be processed as per production process of breathable film directly, i.e. the drying agent can be added. It can also be dried directly. The reference processing temperature is 220-260℃.

  Packaging and store

   25KG for aluminum foil or 500KG for ton bag with double packages. It shall be stored in the dry place with good ventilation, low temperature and away from light. Be attention to preventing water and damp. The product performance may be affected by the moisture, so it shall be run out as soon as possible after opening the package. The guarantee period under sealed storage condition is 4 months.
