Introduction

    This material is mainly made up of talcum powder with high quality, with carrier of compound resin materials with high performance and accompanying with related addition agents, and prepared with special device and technology; with good processing adaptability, good dispersity in pipes, high loop stiffness and strength and high smoothness of internal and external pipe wall; it is a kind of modified filling masterbatch to manufacture various pipes.

  Range of application

  It is mainly applied to modified filling for various pipes such as corrugated pipe and straight wall tube with different polyolefin materials.

  Usage

   General production technology and equipment can satisfy the production requirements of this masterbatch. That is to say, mix with the carrier resin as per certain percentage, stir uniformly and feed. Recommended percentage of addition: 5%-25% (weight ratio). For detailed amount of filling, depend on the physical performance requirements for final product.

  Packaging and store

   Double-packaging, paper-plastic lamination or woven bag for external surface and water-proof and damp-proof polythene film bag for internal surface. The net weight is 25KG/bag. It shall be stored in the dry place with good ventilation, low temperature and away from light. Be attention to preventing water and damp. The product performance may be affected by the moisture, so it shall be run out as soon as possible after opening the package. The guarantee period under sealed storage condition is 4 months.
