Introduction

  This masterbatch is prepared with special carrier resin and color by special device and technology, and applicable to the coloring for various resins (PE, PP, PPR, EVA, PS, ABS, PA, PC). It has uniform dispersity, high concentration (92% content for black carbon masterbatch without carrier), low coloring cost and good heat and mobility resistance, and is in accordance with SGC non-toxic certification.

  Range of application

   It is widely used to the coloring process for extrusion, plastic injection, casting, blow molding, hollow blow molding, wire drawing and coating.

  Usage

   In general, the traditional production technology can satisfy requirements for this masterbatch, so the device and production technology shall not be replaced during detailed production. That is to say, mix with the matrix resin as per certain percentage, stir uniformly and feed. Recommended percentage of addition: 1-5% (weight ratio). For detailed amount of filling, depend on the performance requirements for final product.

  Packaging and store

   Double-packaging, paper-plastic lamination for external surface and water-proof and damp-proof polythene film bag for internal surface. The net weight is 25KG/bag. It shall be stored in the dry place with good ventilation, low temperature and away from light. Be attention to prevent water and damp.
