Introduction

 The colored masterbatch is prepared by special carrier resin mixing with composite colorant with high concentration and with special device and technology. It is applicable to color the resins (PE, PP, EVA, PS, ABS), support color matching with supplied samples, and match color with designated color card. Such masterbatch has uniform dispersity, high coloring and good heat and mobility resistance.

  Range of application

   It is widely used to the coloring process for extrusion, plastic injection, casting process, film blowing, hollow blow molding, wire drawing and coating process.

  Usage

   The general production technology can satisfy requirements for this colored masterbatch, so the device and production technology shall not be replaced during detailed production. That is to say, mix with the matrix resin as per certain percentage, stir uniformly and feed. Recommended percentage of addition: 1%-5% (weight ratio). For detailed amount of filling, depend on the coloring requirements for final product.

Packaging and store

 Double-packaging, paper-plastic lamination for external surface and water-proof and damp-proof polythene film bag for internal surface. The net weight is 25KG/bag. It shall be stored in the dry place with good ventilation, low temperature and away from light. Be attention to prevent water and damp. The product performance may be affected by the moisture, so it shall be run out as soon as possible after opening the package. The guarantee period under sealed storage condition is 3 months.
