Introduction

  As one of the four large materials, the plastic has been increasingly applied to various fields, while in some certain fields, performances plastic provided cannot satisfy the actual demands, therefore, some addition agents with special functions are introduced into the product formula, but concentrates of these functional plastic agents cannot disperse easily and bring high efficiency when added directly, so that they are often added in particle. Our company applies special resin materials to be carriers, accompanying with related concentrated function agent, to have developed a series of functional masterbatch with special device and technology, including inflaming retarding, antistatic, antibacterial, smooth opening and anti-ageing products. Such masterbatch has high concentration of effective constituent, good dispersity and simple process and can be applied to function modification for various engineering and general plastics. 

  Usage

  In general, the traditional production technology can satisfy requirements for this masterbatch, so the device and production technology shall not be replaced during detailed production. That is to say, mix with the matrix resin as per certain percentage, stir uniformly and feed. For detailed amount of filling, depend on the performance requirements for final product.

  Packaging and store

   Double-packaging, paper-plastic lamination for external surface and water-proof and damp-proof polythene film bag for internal surface. The net weight is 25KG/bag. It shall be stored in the dry place with good ventilation, low temperature and away from light. Pay  attention to preventing water and damp. The product performance may be affected by the moisture, so it shall be run out as soon as possible after opening the package. The guarantee period under sealed storage condition is 4 months.
