Introduction

  This mastermatch is mainly made up of corn starch with high quality, with carrier of special resin material and accompanying with related addition agents, and prepared with special device and technology; therein, the content of corn starch is 25%-80%, it has good dispersity, good mobility, high smoothness and also is environmental and sanitary, so that it can satisfy the contact requirement for human and food and degradability, be used 100% (PP is unnecessary), and also is in accordance with Europe and America sanitary standard of plastic injection tableware.

  Range of application

   It is mainly applied to various degradable films, process for various small and medium-sized containers and sheets, such as knife and fork, meal box and other disposable tableware, flowerpot and container for plant, etc..

  Usage

   The general production technology can satisfy requirements of production conditions for this material, if addition application is necessary, such masterbatch shall be mixed directly with the matrix resin and stirred uniformly. If the product has some yellow stain, the temperature shall be lowered properly.

  Packaging and store

   Double-packaging, paper-plastic lamination for external surface and water-proof and damp-proof polythene film bag for internal surface. The net weight is 25KG/bag. It shall be stored in the dry place with good ventilation, low temperature and away from light. Be attention to preventing water and damp. The product performance may be affected by the moisture, so it shall be run out as soon as possible after opening the package. The guarantee period under sealed storage condition is 3 months.
